Are the Contracts/Sales Orders I have with Arxada still valid and will there be any changes to Contracts/Sales Orders Terms & Conditions? |
All placed orders are still valid. Terms & Conditions remain the same for these. Arxada will update and issue new Sales Orders and Terms & Conditions as and when required. |
How will POs with the old legal entity name be treated? |
Customer Service will accept POs with old legal entity names until year end. Please update any new POs to the new Arxada name. |
What changes will I see going forward? |
"We are changing relevant SAP forms to reflect our brand: invoice, shipping documents, SOs, CoA as of October 29. There will be no change to addresses and telephone numbers, or to delivery procedures, GST numbers, tax ids and the existing conditions of your contract." |
Will there be manufacturing changes? |
There will be no change in manufacturing sites and process, testing, shipping sites, packaging or quality specifications of the materials supplied to you. We will change product labels over time to reflect the new legal entity. |
Will I still be dealing with the same Customer Services, Account Manager/ Salesperson and Business contacts in Arxada? |
Yes, all your Arxada contacts remain the same. You might receive/send communication to and from @lonza.com and @arxada.com email addresses for an interim period until further notice. Arxada has currently a transactional services agreement with Lonza. This means Lonza operates certain transactional services on Arxada's behalf during this interim phase only. |

Contact your usual Customer Services or Sales team or your local Arxada contact via email or phone. Arxada will contact you as and when any changes are required. |
Are you also changing VAT or Tax ID numbers? |
No, Arxada is only doing a name change of our business. Arxada's VAT or Tax ID numbers stay the same. There are no changes to other Arxada trading names. |
Do I need to set Arxada up as a new supplier? |
No, there should be no need to create a new supplier account, just update to Arxada if applicable. Arxada is the new name of LSI. There are no changes to other Arxada trading names. See overview of names below. If you still have the name of a former Lonza Speciality Ingredients entity in your system kindly change this to the corresponding Arxada entity name. |
Do I now need to change LSI to Arxada in our ERP systems? |
Yes, amend your ERP system to reflect the name change to Arxada. There are no changes to other Arxada trading names. See overview of names below. |

Who will I receive invoices from? |
All local invoicing will continue to be sent from your local Arxada company. You will notice that LSI is now Arxada on future invoices. There are no changes to other Arxada trading names. |
What do I do with invoices already received? |
Please make the payment as usual as per agreed payment terms. |
Are invoices with the old legal entity name valid? |
Invoices with the old legal entity name are still valid. Please make the payment as usual as per agreed payment terms. |
Where should I make payments to? |
Local payments should continue as normal. Arxada has updated bank account holder name from LSI to Arxada where applicable. Arxada will contact you as and when any changes are required. There are no changes to other Arxada trading names. |
What happens if I still make payments to the old entity name? |
Payments will still be accepted by the bank, but please update the bank account holder if applicable. See below for more details. |
I am currently making payments to Lonza Solutions AG or Lonza Services AG, what will I need to do? |
Payments must be made to Arxada AG and Arxada Services AG from November 1, 2021. |
Are you changing bank account numbers? |
There are no changes to bank account numbers, only the bank account holder name is updated from LSI to Arxada where applicable. There are no changes to other Arxada trading names. |
