Key support services

Plant control and management software

Understanding the bespoke needs of  individual treatment businesses, we offer– Auto-Treater® plant control and management software package.

Training

Key to a successful timber treatment facility is having fully trained plant operators. We provide free on-line Treat-Right® training to our customers and can provide on-site training too.

Planned preventative maintenance

To help our customers with compliance and to avoid the costly consequences of unexpected breakdowns, we offer the Arxada Planned Preventative Maintenance Scheme.

Sampling support

Both testing of wood preservative solutions and treated timber samples are encouraged on a monthly basis to help customers optimise their treatment process and maintain standards.

Technical support

We partner with our customers to help ensure that their treated timbers are suitable for end-use application, helping protect their long-term reputation and avoid potential costly customer claims. Our specialist Technical Centre based in Castleford analyse customer solution and treated timber samples. 

Field technical support is also provided where required, to assess how changes at the plant would result in treatment optimisation. We also provide assistance with the interpretation of technical and regulatory information.
